The device can handle materials like EPS foam, lost-wax casting molds, and gypsum. It’s widely used in sculpture and display applications, mold making, EPS profile production, and boat and car model creation. The thick-walled steel structure of the machine body has undergone aging treatment, ensuring no deformation even after long-term high-speed operation. The high-speed air-cooled spindle is paired with a dust removal system, resulting in smooth cutting without any stringing of the material. The machine can be customized to various stroke lengths, such as 1325, 1530, and 2030 mm. Customers can bring their workpieces to the factory for trial cutting.
