Explanation of Machine Switches and Control Cabinets
Foam carving machines are CNC devices specifically designed for processing lightweight materials such as EPS polystyrene, lost-wax molds, and gypsum. They come in two versions: a three-axis basic model and a four/five-axis model with swiveling spindles. The three-axis model uses vertical cutting, making it suitable for creating lines, flat surfaces, and shallow reliefs.
The swiveling-spindle model allows the spindle to tilt at various angles, enabling the creation of inverted shapes, deep cavities, and three-dimensional carvings. There’s no need to split or assemble the workpiece beforehand. The machine uses computer-generated cutting paths for automated cutting. With its high-speed air-cooled spindle and dust removal system, the machine prevents wire drawing and melting during processing.
The resulting products have high precision and require minimal polishing. These machines are widely used in sculpture, film props, exterior wall components, and casting molds.
